I won a bid but buyer isn’t wanting to sell is so low
I don’t use eBay so I don’t know how this works but I won a bid for 30 and the buyer is wanting 100 he wants me to refund what do I do

·2 years agoDo not pay anything more or request a refund. Reply to the seller "I expect you to ship the item I won at the price I won it for and paid like you agreed to when you listed the item." If you don't get a package from the seller or a full refund by the time the estimated delivery date you were given when you paid has fully passed, go to your Purchase History for that item, click the link for more options and select that you haven't received the item, then follow instructions from there. If you haven't gotten the item as described or a full refund after 3 days (but before 21 days) from doing so go back and you should find a link to "Ask eBay to step in" to get your refund. Then come back here for help leaving feedback.
