I wish to reopen a 'return'(03-10137-50304)' that I inadvertently closed a few days ago. Once a 'return' is closed, it apparently (now) is stubbornly difficult to find a method of restarting the process.

@cantankerousolphart   once a return is closed, it cannot be re opened. this is warned b4 one decides to close a case> "You won't be able to re-open the request once it's closed."
