I need to dispute an incorrect shipping adjustment for Order 14-14535-93312. I was charged $2,225.20 by UPS for a shipping label that originally cost $20.88. This charge is impossible and must be a mistake or a system error. Can you please help me look into this and reverse the negative balance?
