eBay has closed my case and refused me a refund on grounds that the item I ordered, a bathroom sink, was delivered after some delay on February 14. This makes no sense. I never requested a refund. I merely asked eBay not to close the case before the plumber opens the package on February 17 and determines that the item is intact.
