I wish eBay would list items exactly as "searched" for. I am a frequent customer.
When I search for boots, size 8 1/2, with a specific heel height, I would be much more likely to buy if the listings did not include size 8 with various heel heights. Takes too long to shop and is misleading. How can this be corrected?

Are you searching using the size filter (on the left side of the search results when using a desktop browser)?
Here is a sample search for new boots, size 8.5 with mid-length heels:

Results look reasonable to me using a desktop browser.
Some folks using the iOS app are having problems searching lately, particularly in the sports cards category; it is possible that other searches are affected. If you are using that app, try using a desktop browser instead, if possible, to see if that affects the results you see.
