I will never use ebay again
Been with eBay for 5 years with everything great tell package was delivered to wrong address fedex left it at 16322 snowshoe ln not 16377 snowshoe ln and so I did not receive my package. Now been fighting for my 151.50 for 3 months now fedex would renburse me 100.00 if the seller would give me a shipping waiver. So I asked the seller for a waiver and no answer asked eBay for some help and nothing yet and also fedex without shipping waiver won't do anything. Never going to use ebay ever again going back to Amazon where they care about your order andake it right without this **bleep**

This was not Ebay's fault. Ebay does not deal with mis-deliveries. That is the responsibility of the shipping company.

OP2 years agoI did not receive my package and out 151.50 seller just gave me a shipping waiver that I asked for over 2 months ago and fedex only covers 100.00 of the 151.50
So you are telling me I am screwed right

What is a 'shipping waiver'? How did you discover what address the package was delivered to?
If the seller put the correct address on the package ... then they aren't responsible for FedEx' mistake. This is one of the very few times that the buyer is 'screwed' instead of the seller. Buyers get refunded if a package is 'lost', instead of misdelivered ... even though that isn't the seller's fault either.
I'm very sorry this happened. If it will make you feel better to blame eBay for FedEx' mistake ... then don't use eBay again. But I don't know of any selling venue that would compensate a buyer under these circumstances.

OP2 years agoWhen I had a missing package with Amazon they sent my complete order again and I received it no problem
