I wasn't able to proceed with a return, because eBay wouldn't let me upload a photo
The seller of an item agreed to a refund, but I simply could not proceed with the refund, as it wouldn't allow me to upload an image from an iPhone.
But when listing an item for sale photos from my iPhone were no problem.
I tried to contact eBay, but, of course there is no contacting them, just a maddening redirection to the same refund page that didn't work in the first place.
Is there an easy work around for this?

·3 years agoCustomer support can assist buyers who are unable to upload a photo to start a return.
Click the "Contact us" option at the bottom of this page and select the "Contact agent" option within chat or type "agent" into the chat that opens.
