I was sold STOLEN item and NO one at ebay to talk to! Help please.
The seller sold me a stolen Kindle Paper White that would not register with my Amazon account because it was stolen. At first, **** declares no refunds or returns allowed. When I messaged her that Amazon loss prevention is investigating her, she said to return it for a refund. There is NO WAY to wipe (verified by amazon) my personal info from the device such as the WIFI password and Amazon account info with passwords which are in the untouchable memory portion of the kindle. A popular hackers group shows that this is also a scam to get folk's private info. There is NO WAY to get to a person at Ebay to get them involved to help me. I will only return the product if I destroy it first to protect my info, or I would mail it directly to Ebay investigations. Can someone please help me by giving me Ebay contact info? Thank You, Charles.
