I was sold a phone that was wrongly described (older model), the phone is also faulty despite being described as working as it should. It was purchased more than thirty days ago, Do I have any comeback?

Mentor1 year agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item. If you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days from the transaction to file a Returns Request. The last option is to file a chargeback with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
