Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If it's been 30 days or less since delivery, you can open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay.
If it's been more than 30 days, you could try to file a chargeback with your payment company l. They also have deadlines.
