Mentor2 years ago@davepoussard First two things to do is go to the sold listing and report it as counterfeit and file a return request for not authentic item. These both go on the sellers record.
On a computer select report on the right hand side above the description box. Next select these reasons>
Next file a return request.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request. If it is past 30 days contact your bank or credit card about a charge back.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701

Mentor2 years agoIf you are within thirty days of receipt, you can file a "not as described" return to get your money back.

Beyond thirty days you may still have some recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection.
