i need ebay to step in i ordered some shoes and the buyer sent the wrong size and refused to pay for return shipping

Fit issues (wrong size, etc.) are always considered as buyers remorse issues and the buyer is required to pay the return shipping charges. The only way to get around this is to prove to eBay that the size shown on the listing that you ordered and the size you received are different which can be hard to do if this was a variation listing.
