I was sent a different style running shoe than was posted and I ordered
I ordered a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 15 running shoes. I was sent a pair of Brooks Glycerin instead. I've messaged the seller but several days ago but they did not respond. What can I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
