I was scammed with a package

I made a purchase for a macbook and when the package arrived it was the size of a book and didn't weigh anything, when I opened it it was an empty package with bags inside, so I made a return and sent the same empty package because I couldn't communicate with eBay in any way, I hope everything goes well

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in to force a refund.

As long as you used the return label provided by eBay within the required time frame, you should be OK. If the seller does not refund after tracking shows delivery, after three business days you can ask eBay to step in. If you do not ask eBay to step in, eBay will close the case without a refund after twenty-one business days.
