I was scammed in a purchase

Dear Sir/Madam, I made a purchase on November 14th and it was never shipped (everything indicates I was scammed). I submitted a refund request, which my three-year-old daughter closed when I left the phone within her reach. What can I do to get my money back?

I would first stop allowing my daughter to play in my eBay account though I must say it's impressive for a 3 year old to not only know there was a case open, have the navigation skills to find it, and then find the option to close it.

Unfortunately, it's too late for help from eBay - once a case is closed it cannot be reopened.

At this point, you can check with your credit card company about a chargeback.
