I was scammed. How do I report it to ebay

I was scammed and want to report it. How do I do that here? The seller doesn't exist and after paying the listing has disappeared eventhough I received an Ebay email saying I had made the purchase

You are still covered by eBay's money back guarantee, even if the seller is no longer registered or the seller's items have been removed from the site.

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:

"What happens if I bought something from a seller whoâ€™s been removed from eBay?

If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.

If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:

Wait 10 days for the item to arrive.
If you haven't received it within 10 days, please let us know your item hasn't arrived.

If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."
