Good afternoon, I am quite new to this. A While ago I ordered a motorcycle item from a trusted eBay seller. It was mentioned by the seller that it is a like new item. I ordered it, and received the item as promised. I had a look at it, and it looked in great condition. Due to personal circumstances I was not able to install the item. I was able to do so a while ago. I removed the stickers, and it turned out the item was severly damaged. The damage was covered by the seller by using some stickers. Now I tried to contact the seller, but he blocked me. What am I supposed to do now? It’s an expensive item and I Payed Well over €1200 for it. I cannon find a Help Me function on eBay either, or a e-mail adress where I can send my complaint to. With kind regards,

Mentor2 weeks agoHow long are we talking? If you've had it more than 30 days then eBay isn't going to help anymore. You will have to contact your card/bank/PayPal.....
