I was scammed and cheated. i need help!
A few days ago I made a purchase of an item and the seller sent me something that I did not ask for. He told me to return it to him and that's what I was doing and then he made me cancel the return, after that he stopped responding to me and never gave me a refund for the item I bought. ebay won't let me open a case anymore. what should I do?

Once you close a Return Request, it cannot be reopened nor a new request filed.
File a dispute through Paypal or contact your credit card company, depending on how you funded the payment.
