I was SCAMMED!
I "won" bid. My paypal was immediately charged. THEN, the seller requested payment, I was confused thinking my paypal wasn't charged so sent payment via my debit card, not paypal. THEN, the seller refunded payment my debit card, KEPT my paypal $$ and then marked item as sold and NOW I can't get any help on ebay to report this. Since the seller refunded me the debit charge it looks like I never paid the seller but I DID via paypal. SO frustrated. I am going around in circles on the ebay website and honestly feel like I'm wasting my time trying to get $43 back. I'm more on principal just mad AND the seller, of course, is not responding to me. i want ebay to know what happened to me but no idea how to contact ebay!

File a chargeback with PayPal.
eBay is notified when that happens, they collect from the seller.
