I was refunded for a dress that had no tracking # and appeared to be stuck at the post office in another state. Now the dress is suddenly on its way to me over a month later.

I was refunded due to seller having no documentation that the dress was shipped after about 2 weeks of waiting. Suddenly, about 3 days ago, I was notified by USPS that the package was in Pittsburgh and on its way to KY. Package originated in TN. Weird! Now I don't know how to go through eBay to get the seller paid. I seem to go around in a circle with eBay help - because I have been refunded they don't seem to think that I have an issue. I could pay her directly, but then eBay doesn't collect the percentage owed. I have a suspicion that eBay would not be happy with either of us.

Wait until the item arrives. Make sure it's delivered and it is what you ordered.

If the seller used an eBay label and they refunded you through the Item Not Received case, then eBay will refund the seller.
