I was overcharged on a shipment thru Fedex. How do I resolve this error?
I was originally charged for a 12 lb shipment for a mower seat. Fedex reweighed something (not my seat) and charged me for 59 lbs. for $46.11 on top of the $36 they alrea.20dy charged me. For a total of $82 on 71 lbs. Combining and charging me twice. Fedex and eBay don't offer anything for this.
