I was never notified that an item sold

Question

Every time an item did not sell, I got an email that the item was relisted. When an item sold, I was never notified that the item sold. I did not know the item sold until I got a notification that I was late in shipping the item.

Hi @digitalbeachbum

Don't rely on emails to let you know an item has been sold, you've received an offer, a case has been opened, etc.

You should be checking your account daily at a minimum to see all activity.
