I was given a refund due to no repose from seller. bought march 8 delivered today april 19
Received item i was given refund for. How can I pay seller and change feed back.

There is no way for you to repay the seller through eBay, once you were refunded the transaction was closed. What you can do is send the seller a message and let them know it arrived and how you can pay them. You will have to do that through PayPal or other payment service.
Once you leave feedback you can not cancel or change it. Sellers get a limited amount of feedback revision requests they can send to buyers so a feedback can be changed. Add into the message to the seller and let them know you want to change it and ask them to send you a feedback revision request.
Most sellers are understanding and will send the revision request, some don't care about the feedback and will not respond.
