I was double charged for shipment
I noticed that I got charged twice for shipping cost for the same item when I checked the charges. How do I reverse it?

Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
