I was double charged for a shipping label that my printer failed to print the first time.
I have a new label printer that did NOT print the shipping label, but it recorded like it did, as it read printed and read shipped on ebay, and WAS CHARGED by ebay. When I finally got my printer to print, I was charged AGAIN for the same label. HOW do I get ebay to refund the duplicate shipping label charge? Thank you
