I was double charged for a shipping label on ebay.. cant refund
I purchased a label for an order, and it got hung up on the loading circle, and after it 'loaded' there was no label purchased, and I had to click the 'purchase label' button again.
Now it charged me double for the shipping amount on the order, but the label was only half that and is in the shipping labels list as the half price amount ($6.97) but the shipping amount for the order is $13.94.
The other label is not there for a refund option.
Who do I contact, and how can I fix this?
