I was charged twice for shipping. $113. to ship to CA for shipping label. How do I talk to rep?
I am a seller and was charged $10. for a shipping label and an additional $113.00 for another label. How do I report to EBAY and get a refund?

Mentor8 months agoDid you actually purchase two separate labels or did the post office (or other shipping carrier) charge you an additional fee through eBay after shipping the item? When the shipping carrier adjusts the shipping label price after shipment eBay just passes on the additional charges to you. eBay may or may not be able to get a refund from the shipping carrier depending on the reason for the upcharge. With the USPS this is something that you have to work out with them. With UPS and FedEx eBay can only ask these carriers to review the additional charges.
