I was charged for shipping lables that did not cover weight &Dimensions
First label did not cover weight and dimensions, eBay reprinted new lable and did not refund unused label. How do I get reimbursed for unused label?

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
