I was charged for all the postage on the last sold items and the buyers paid. Will I get it back?
It has been weeks since I received my payment which is short the amount of all the postage. Will ebay eventually catch up and reimburse me? They are absolutely impossible to reach.

You already used the money the buyer paid you for shipping to purchase the shipping label. USPS has it.
The money that appears to be missing is likely the fee you owed eBay.

OP2 years agoNope. I can see the fees owed and what my items sold for. The money the buyers paid for postage never came to my account. I know what I should make less the fees. What I got was the amount less the fees and the postage. Where is the postage the buyers paid?

Mentor2 years agoI looked at your sold items. Shipping was collected on all of them. You then use the money to buy the label. Go to your payouts, click on see details. The breakdown is on each item.
You are paid for the total of the item + tax+ shipping. Fees are based on that.

OP2 years agoI did not receive the shipping money. I paid the shipping. I was not reimbursed for what the buyer paid in shipping. So the buyer paid and I paid. Where are the funds.

Mentor2 years agoWhen the buyer makes payment, it includes item price + shipping + sales tax. You get the item price + shipping less the FVF. You can then purchase your shipping label wherever you wish. If you use ebay shipping, the payment for the shipping labels can come from Your Funds or Paypal, you decide at the bottom of the label creation before confirming and paying.
