i was charged extra $1 fees for things i bought, is this somekind of buyers fee

I got 4 $1 fees for items I bought on my bank statement, above the item's prices. it seems $1 was charged to me on my cc for the 4 items I paid for also note that the purchased items were on my debit card but the others came up as credit card. i have never gotten any extra charges like this from anywhere.

Go to your My eBay: Purchases and click on the "Show order details" at top right of the entry for that purchase. In the left right column will be a breakdown of what eBay charged your funding source (e.g. price, s/h, tax; if there was a currency conversion or if it billed you funding source in a foreign currency the details will be there). If it's not in there, then that is something your funding source added, not eBay. For example if your funding source (credit card, bank, PayPal) detects a foreign seller it might add an international fee.
