I was charged and my bank account was put for negative $-41 because I was hacked
I was hacked and not my bank account is in negative for no reason when I didn’t even do anything

When you say you were hacked, do you mean your eBay account? Your bank account via a debit card? More details on what happened would be helpful. You should obviously contact the bank and change all of your passwords and probably do the same with eBay.
