I was charged 35 cents for editing the photos of an existing listing and when I contacted eBay chat with 'customer service' (?), I was told IN WRITING, eBay doesn't charge for photo editing on existing listings. WHAT?! I have a screen shot of the time/date of the charge for this imaginary (?) event. eBay refused to acknowledge my proof or issue me a credit. WATCH OUT FOR CHARGES if you are editing/revising your current listings!
