I was charged additional Postage on a received item
I was charged an additional 10.29 cents on a purchase by the Postal delivery person. I have contacted the seller and my guess I will need to fight so HOW DO I contact Ebay directly I am not seeing a pull down or selectable resolution button!! TIA
