I was charged a fee when a buyer insisted on me shipping an item that was "local pickup only" --
This is my first ebay sale:

The buyer won the auction and then insisted I ship it to him, even though it was "local pickup only". When I refused, he asked for his money back, however I told him repeatedly that ebay had not released his money to me as he had to come by and pick up the item. This he refused to do. So now I have been charged ~ $40.63 in fees by ebay. I still have the item. I appealed and they ruled in "favor of the buyer" even though it was the buyer that insisted on a shipping service that was never offered.
I don't know what to do next, but if I don't get that fee back I will never sell on ebay again as this is unfair.
Anyone have any suggestion as to what I can do next, beside close my account?
