I was charged 3 times for shipping this morning. How to get a refund?

I was charged 3 times this morning for a shipping label. Twice to my Ebay available funds and once to my linked Paypal account.

I was refunded one of my Ebay Available Funds payments, but now I have 2 outstanding payments for one shipping label.

How do I get a refund from Ebay for the extra shipping charge?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

(eBay Standard Envelopes are an exception. Label charges for this program are non-refundable and non-voidable once the label is purchased/printed. https://pages.ebay.com/sell/standarddelivery/termsofservice.html)
