Mentor5 months ago1. It is up to buyers to enter the correct shipping address when purchasing/ordering an item.
2. Buyers cannot cancel their purchases/orders, they can only request that the seller cancel.
3. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days from estimated date of delivery, so you can no longer ask Ebay to help you. You can contact the payment source you used to pay for the item to file a dispute.

OP5 months agostill do not money back. i was request refund over 30 days.

You need to follow @lady_madonna's excellent advice and try a chargeback with your payment method.
