Check your seller dashboard>>
https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US
If eBay had to force refunds from you for more than one or two items then your account can permanently suspended for selling. You get a defect on your account if eBay has to step in and force a refund.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen. ( Trust me)
3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

OP2 years agoThank you so much. I was in a sticker. I couldn't figure out what to do next. Kept getting the same answer. Yes, you're right. My bank was just furnish all the money back But I didn't know this was happening until one day I went to the bank and I asked what is all of this activity going on in my account? And they said. That's eBay. Putting money in, taking money out I had not listed anything. For over a year. So I didn't understand why things were still being relisted. In the old days, once your item ended, it basically ended. And you didn't really have to go back to see if they were relisting it. During COVID, I got a little sick. And then I started working a regular job. A lot of hours. And wasn't doing much else. I wasn't listing so I really didn't pay attention until I went to the bank and found out they were. Going back and forth with the money. And then I immediately went on to my site to figure out how can I stop my items from being relisted. Thank you so much for helping me. And I will contact eBay Live. Because the automated system just keep repeating the same thing over and over.

Mentor2 years ago@likenewrecyclehot4toys Sorry that you were sick. Buy It Now items have been good until canceled or sold for MANY MANY years. So they keep relisting. I am sorry to say but if you had more than a couple of defects for not shipping and not refunding then you are probably not going to be able to sell again on eBay.

OP2 years agoActually, everybody got paid back. The money was never spent. It was put in my account and then taken out of the account. Put in, taking out. I didn't know any money was going in and out at all for months. So if they don't reinstate me. It is what it is. It wasn't on purpose. I just thought my items were ended, so why would I even look into something that? Is not listed. I appreciate the info and thank you so much for taking out your time. To look into this for me. Thanks.

Mentor2 years ago@likenewrecyclehot4toys you got late shipping defects for not shipping AND defects for not handling the refunds yourself. When eBay steps in and forces a refund from your bank you get a DEFECT too for each transaction.
