I want to ship something back. It was shipped to me from Fresno CA. Seller wants it shipped to China
A return.
Shipped to me from Fresno CA but seller wants me to pay shipping to China ?
The rep I talked to said no way that's not how it works. Yet eBay is telling me to ship it to China ?
If that's the case after 19 years I'll be done with eBay.

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label (to Fresno if that's where the item came from) or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option there to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
