i want to set up no returns on my listings

Question

I'm sick of people return stuff at my cost because they had one and didnt realize it, or used it and it didnt fix their problem so they want to send it back.

ebay will not let me make changes to settings, to make it so buyer pays for return shipping, like it does when I'm the buyer, so how is it I'm paying for return as a buyer and seller for items in the same category? I'm getting sick of this ebay scam.

Also keep in mind that the buyer can see no returns and go directly to their credit card. If they file a dispute there, you will incur a $20 fee. Declining returns isn't all it's cracked up to be, as the buyer will find a way. ALL sellers must abide by the eBay 30 day money back guarantee. We all have to accept returns for item not as described. I have free returns and have had for years. I only get 2-3 per year. Rarely do I want the item back, so I just refund without asking them to send the item back. When I do want the item back, I pay for the label only if they use it.

I looked at your active listings and many of them have Free Returns. That is for any reason. If you want to change to No Returns, that is only for buyer's remorse: changed mind, didn't like it, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. For those reasons, you can decline the return. If the buyer states Not as Described/broken, you WILL accept the return as ebay's 30 days Money Back Guarantee trumps your no returns policy in those cases. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, you get a defect recorded on your account, you don't get the FVF refunded, and the buyer does not need to return the item.
