I want to sell old coins from Mexico
I want to start selling old coins from Mexico. I have never sold anything in ebay. This is a niche market for me as I make frequent trips to Mexico I can get a hold of these old coins; however, as I tried to list my first item a 50 cent coin from 1956 for $2 dollars, I het this notification that I need to be meet the products with eligibility requirements. The very first requirement is:
- Seller has an established history of active selling for at least 90 days, with 100 or more transactions and $1,000 or more in sales in the last 12 month
How can I meet this criteria if its my first time selling a product on eBay. Coin selling is the only thing I want to do in eBay. Isn't this a catch 22 error?
Is there anyway I will be able to sell my coins on eBay?

That requirement is for a Seller to attain the TRS (Top Rates Seller) level. If that is what eBay requires then that is what you will have to do. You can test it by listing something that is not a coin just to see if eBay accepts the listing. It could be a used pen or pencil you have handy. You can always End the listing if it goes Active.
