I'm unable to locate the history of the purchase I made. I need to return the parts. How can I do this?

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to lop OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email yu received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
