    I want to refund an order but still send it to the customer as a gift
                     

    As title says - I have a customer who bought a lot from me but combined shipping didn't work, so I want to send her one of the orders as a gift.

     

    However I can't tell if refunding the order before shipping it will cancel it and cancel the pending shipping label.
