I want to refund a customer.
I made a mistake with selling some merchandise. I need to know how I can refund this buyer when the funds have already been accepted.
any help would be appreciated.

·3 years agoGo to the order and click refund in the menu next to the order and enter the amount to refund.
If there isn't enough avaliable funds to cover the refund, you need to add a credit/debit card to cover the refund.
