I see you are located in Pakistan, you should have received an eBay message or email giving you some kind of reason for the restriction. I suggest that you reach out to eBay on Social Media:
-Contacting eBay via Social Media:
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

OP8 months agoHello @mr_lincoln Thanks for replying
yes i received a message and email from ebay there is no specific reason for restriction described the message i received it says that (you have been temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay because of concerns about your seller account) After that they send message it says Welcome you're almost ready to sell and again i received a message that my payoneer is verified .. But when i try to list anything ebay says your account is restricted

As volunteers here we have no account access and on issues like yours that are on the account level and not about simpler things like creating a listing or processing a return we have to defer to eBay. Hopefully you will be able to establish direct contact with them to resolve the issue so that you can get items listed for sale.
You have our sincere best wishes for SUCCESS!
