If it is a usps label such as ground advantage, you can cancel the label and get a refund -

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.

If sent with tracking, enter your tracking # through your sold orders - select add/edit tracking from the menu next to that item.
