Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

How to find the box for free shipping.

Hey @twinkling.smile and @barbiekat2020, You should be getting the option once a shipping service is chosen. I started a draft really quick to double check, and I am getting the option to choose free shipping once I select a service. I took a quick screenshot to show what it should look like.
