I want to leave seller feedback
I would like to leave feedback for a seler from whom I recently made a purchase. Ebay did not send me an email link to do so, and my purchase history does not have that option either.
How can I do it?

You should be able to leave feedback if the item is still on the site and you have not already left feedback or lost a case regarding the transaction.
