I want to erase the feedback that has been written for 30 days
I checked the message sent by the seller late, so the deadline for editing the feedback has passed.
The seller gave a refund. I want to delete or edit the feedback, but I can't because the deadline has expired. What should I do?

Mentor2 years agoYou have 60 days to leave feedback, and it looks like the neg was left within the past month. Did you ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision Request? Once you receive it, you have 10 days to act on it. If the 10 days have past, did you try using the Follow-up to given feedback?
