As a brand new seller, there will be limits on listings until you prove you are a trustworthy seller, so subscribing to a store subscription will be a waste of money. Once you get past your listing limits, you will be able to list up to 250 items without a listing fee. Once you surpass 250 items, then you can think about subscribing to a store subscription in order to save on listing fees.
