Are you talking about the negative feedback you left for a seller?
If you are and you want to change it, contact the seller and ask them to issue a Feedback Revision Form. Once they do that, you will get an email from Ebay and inside it is a link that will make your desire to change the feedback really easy.
If I've got it wrong. Let me know a little more about what it is that you desire.
